Please Note: For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. If you wish to exchange or refund your item, we will need to contact you to gain card details to do this – a repeat postage charge is applicable to exchanges. Returning Tips

Having filled in the form please enclose it with your parcel and take it to your local Post Office.

Depending on the weight of the package Royal Mail Special Delivery is often the best method as this gives insurance and proof of posting. However, if your parcel is heavy this can be expensive and the Royal Mail Standard Parcel service offers a similar service however it takes slightly longer.
